Acts of Citizenship - with Via Berlin

Acts of Citizenship is a music theatre performance by Via Berlin that explores what it means to be a citizen in today’s world.

A highly topical piece about the complexity of responsibility and guilt, and about how good intentions can unintentionally lead to harmful consequences.

Sharp, confrontational texts are interwoven with beautiful, moving classical sounds performed by the exceptional members of the Berlage Saxophone Quartet, driven forward by a powerful, propulsive soundtrack of live electronics.
